Refund and Returns Policy

Rescheduling

If a customer needs to reschedule their booking, we will do our best to accommodate their request. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable new date.

Full Refunds

  • Rescheduling: If a customer reschedules their booking within the allowed timeframe, they will receive a full refund of the booking fee.
  • Cancellation: If a customer cancels their booking within 72 hours of the scheduled date, they will receive an 80% refund of the booking fee.

Exceptions

  • No-Shows: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled booking without providing prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), we may offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion.
  • Equipment Rental Insurance: Renting equipment requires appropriate insurance coverage. If a customer does not have proper insurance and needs to cancel their booking, they will be eligible for a partial refund of 70% of the booking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow [number] business days for the refund to be processed.
