This simple guide will walk you through the steps to reserve your equipment and get ready to shoot.

STEP 1

Select your rental date

  • Browse our available equipment and choose the items you need.
  • Select your desired rental date(s) and hours from our calendar.
  • Add the selected items to your cart.
  • Click the “Checkout” button to proceed to the pre-order page.
  • Enter your personal information and contact details.
  • Review your order summary, including the rental dates and equipment selected.
  • If you have insurance, please upload the files on the checkout page.
  • Submit your pre-order. Your pre-order will be reviewed by our team.

STEP 2

Our team will approve your request

  • Our team will review your pre-order within 24 hours.
  • We will verify your insurance coverage and confirm the availability of the equipment on your selected dates.
  • Once your pre-order is approved, we will send you an invoice with the total amount due.
  • The invoice will include payment instructions.

STEP 3

Complete Your Booking

  • You will receive an email with the payment instructions
  • Once you complete the payment, your booking will be confirmed.
  • We’ll deliver the fil equipments directly to your location on the day and time of your booking.
  • After you finish using the equipment, our team will pick up the film equipment at the exact time and date of your booking.

Yes, we offer the option to rent film equipment individually. To rent specific equipment, please call us.
Our team will help you select and reserve the equipment you need.

The minimum rental duration is 12 hours, and the maximum is 24 hours.
We offer special rates for projects requiring longer rental periods.

Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services within the Miami area.
For deliveries outside Miami, up to Tampa, there is an additional fee of $300.

Clients are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. If the production company or individual renting the equipment has a Certificate of Insurance (COI), they can send it to us to cover the equipment insurance.
Otherwise, they can purchase the insurance we offer directly through our website.

You can reserve the equipment in two ways: by phone or directly through our website. On the website, you can make reservations 24/7 automatically.
You only need to select the date and time, and the system will automatically block the selected date. When making the reservation, you will be charged 50% of the total cost. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged on the rental day.

You will need to fill out the production company details or your personal information as a professional producer and submit the Certificate of Insurance (COI) if you have one.
If you do not have a COI, you can purchase the insurance we offer on our website. Additionally, 50% of the total cost will be charged when making the reservation, and the other 50% will be automatically charged on the production day.

If you need to change your rental date, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, the 50% deposit you already paid will be applied as credit, and you can use it to reschedule the rental on a new date.
If the change request is made less than 24 hours in advance, the system will charge 100% of the rental amount.

Yes, we offer a pre-production service. To schedule a pre-production day and a production day, you must call us by phone.
We will arrange the delivery of the camera to the location you specify for pre-production and then pick it up to take it to the filming set. The cost of pre-production is 50% of the camera package rental cost, which is $1,300, meaning a payment of $650 for the pre-production day.

Yes, we have specialized technicians who can assist on set to ensure the equipment operates correctly and help with any technical needs.
This service comes at an additional cost.
